We are happy to offer the flexibility of a month to month lease agreement with a 6 month minimum.
We offer 2 bedroom 1 full bath condominiums with private security for rent at a starting rate of $1,595+ a month. All of our units are approximately 792 Square feet. They are constructed of all brick and have solid concrete floors.
There is a $75.00 additional monthly fee for a third adult. Residents are responsible for an electric bill (through NOVEC) and water. Apartment is fully electric. The water bill is produced and delivered so you can pay it alongside your rent. Our cable and internet services are provided by Comcast/Xfinity. Garbage is included with your rental rate.
We offer a on-site laundry facility for our residents which is coin operated. We have two playgrounds located throughout the property alongside a basketball court, picnic tables, sports court, a pirate ship for toddlers through teens, a climbing wall, outdoor grills, designated motorcycle parking, and benches for sitting and gazing in a park like environment.
We have licensed and uniformed security at our gate entry 7 nights a week, 365 days a year to ensure a safe community and ample parking to all our residents.
Minimum household income requirement per year is $56,000 to qualify. Our application fee is $45 per adult applicant. Once approved, we ask for a $250 holding fee which is non refundable until move in date. Credit checks determine approvals with security deposits.
All units qualify up to two parking permits for household with the first parking permit being $15.00 that only gets renewed on a approx. 3 year cycle.
